Sharay E. Harris is a strategist, program builder, and transformation agent with over 20 years of experience helping organizations move from intention to execution. She has worked across aerospace, energy, financial services, and technology — supporting everything from community partnerships to global strategic development.

Her approach is direct, grounded, and built around accountability — for her clients and for herself. When you work with HSC, you get a partner who stays until the work is done.

Prior to founding HSC, Sharay spent over 15 years in the aerospace industry in senior strategy and program management roles — including leading a $3B international growth initiative across 20+ countries. She has provided in-house strategy consultation across defense, commercial aviation, energy, and community programs, and has supported C-suite executives across multiple industries.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Boston University, a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management from Georgetown University, and a Graduate Certificate in Education from American University. She is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
